This Construction Kit comprises 114 prefab assets for Unity's game engine, containing over 300 models with all LOD stages included. Each prefab comes equipped with three LOD stages, utilizing a single PBR material across all prefabs. The collection offers an extensive variety of wooden props, including planks in different lengths and shapes (regular and deformed), bars in various thicknesses and styles, and columns with distinct heights and designs (also regular and deformed). Moreover, there are 14 complex prefab structures crafted from these elements, such as shacks, barns, and a watchtower. The LOD levels ensure smooth performance even when using numerous prefabs in a scene; for example, bars have LOD0 at 50 polygons, LOD1 at 18 polygons, and LOD2 at 6 polygons, while planks and columns follow similar progressions. Each type of plank or bar has four different texture versions, yielding eight unique irregular-shaped variations without repetition. The unwrapped prefabs are mapped to a single 4K texture, with PBR material incorporating albedo, metallic, normal, occlusion, and height maps. Within Unity's editor, creating custom prefabs is made easy, allowing users to mimic real-life workshop scenarios by placing planks freely and constructing new prefab assets.
