Materials Needed to Construct a Wood Lathe: Printed STL components are required for one set. Three by three profile pieces, either thirty-five centimeters or forty centimeters in length, are needed in pairs. Shafts with ten millimeter diameters and lengths of thirty-five centimeters or forty centimeters are also required in duplicate. One shaft with a ten millimeter diameter and a length of twenty-seven centimeters or thirty-two centimeters is necessary. Twelve M5 nuts with slots and eight bolts are essential for the build. A single ball bearing, type 608, must be incorporated into the design. An M8 nut, bolt, and eight millimeter sleeve assembly is required as well. One M5 nut and bolt combination is also needed in this project. Lastly, a 775 DC motor serves as the primary component.
