Version 1 of the Human. A DIY sharpening system made with 3D printing technology, consisting of 8 printable parts designed to work with an 8" grinding wheel. The geometry is set up for a 60-degree bevel, utilizing the Ellsworth/Irish grind profile. This design is centered around the "Benjamin's Best" 0.5in bowl gouge. Additional materials needed include: A 0.25in round steel bar, 6.8in in length. A 0.5in x 0.5in steel plain square tube, 18in long. Three 0.25in-20 x 0.75in screws. Three 0.25in-20 square nuts.
