I replaced the bevel gear on my Woodtek planer's linkage with a custom-printed part. The original model, a 13" Woodtek planer (model 115946), was discontinued around 2008 and I couldn't find any replacement parts from the manufacturer or anywhere else. To solve this problem, I designed and printed two bevel gears in PLA using a layer height of 0.2mm and a print speed of 60mm/s. The result works perfectly so far.
