This wooden trivet, measuring 190mm x 190mm, is made of 19 rods and two leather ribbons. It's easy to construct using a drill bit, saw, and scissors. The design ensures minimal contact between the trivet and table or hot cookware, utilizing air and wood's poor heat conductivity. Uneven surfaces can be accommodated due to the rods' angular motion. The model is available in STEP (.stp) format for PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 users and above, thanks to Bong-soo Kim's shared "Knot" in STEP format.
