This coupler makes it easy to connect two tracks without any extra help. When used, it can get quite tight and you might hear a slight cracking sound - if it's not tight enough, the joint will sag.\r\n\r\nIt fits 12mm x 40mm wooden train track pieces.\r\n\r\nAs expected, this coupler won't hold up to heavy use without support underneath. It can withstand stepping on or pushing down on the track joint, but you can always print another one if needed.\r\n\r\nWhen creating items for kids with a 3D printer, be sure to inspect them regularly for any signs of damage.
