Wooden Toy Train

In "Making Heirloom Toys," discover a simple, easy-to-make toy; I've also created the U Fly It Plane Wooden Toy from this book and a more intricate, seven-part Santa Fé Train Wooden Toy (Part 1 of 7). Utilizing Solidworks 2015 for modeling, Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition for rendering, frames were edited with Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP. The video was remuxed to MP4 using MyMP4BoxGui, while gifs were created in Photoscape. IrfanView aided in render edits, and all 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files are animated. View the ZIM file on IOS and Android devices via the free Simlab Viewer app, with available formats including Solidworks 2015, Simlab Composer 6, DAE, STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
