Wooden Table Lamp
prusaprinters

The wooden lamp is available with feet or clamp to build in 24.5 mm or 25 mm diameter wood rods.

If you need to separate the parts my suggestion would be to use Prusaslicer. Import, split into objects, then you can delete rest of the parts and export to a new stl if you would like to use another slicer.

In my case the oak is 24.5 mm and birch is 25 mm. I recommend that you test print rings (split a joint) in different scales and test fit them before printing the whole plate. Please note that the standard M6 screws may not fit if the parts are scaled to much. Use support.

Hardware necessary:
24.5 or 25 mm dowel wood
2 m textile lamp cord 6 mm diameter

Foot version:
4x 250 mm rod
2x M6 Wingnut
2x M6 Washer
1x M6 carriage bolt 80 mm
1x M6 carriage bolt 110 mm

Clamp version:
2x 250 mm rod
3x M6 Wingnut
3x M6 Washer
2x M6 carriage bolt 80 mm
1x M6 L-bolt 20x80 mm (this is not a standard size)

Please contact me on contact@fransjohansson.se if you would like to buy hardware kit.

Assembly steps:

Glue rods in the joints and align properly

Drill out the holes 6 mm to make sure the bolt go through

Assemble bolts, washers and wingnuts.

Attach lamp cord

Print instructions

I use the following print settings:
Layer height: 0.3
Infill: 20%
Supports: Yes
