This is a single-color screen printing press designed specifically for printing t-shirts using a wooden fixture. It utilizes common clamps with hinges to securely hold the screen in place. The design is constructed from 16mm plywood, which can be easily created on a CNC router or using standard woodworking tools. Additionally, you will need several components, including: Four 4 M6/1mmx20mm barrel nuts Two screen clamps with hinges similar to those available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Screen-Frame-Butterfly-Hinge-Printing/dp/B00JZJANKE/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=hinge+clamp&qid=1553257012&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1) Eight M6 x 25mm DIN 7991 screws Two M8 x 30mm DIN 7991 screws Two M6 x 40mm screws M6 washers M8 washers M6 nuts M8 nuts The print's vertical position can be adjusted through two screws located on the underside of the fixture. Horizontal adjustment is achieved by changing the screen's position within the clamps. The feet are secured in place using four M6/1mmx20mm barrel nuts. The design was created using FreeCAD, and the CAM / PATH operations have been removed to allow for customization based on your specific machine or tools. A simple 6mm 2-flute endmill was used for the design.
