Create laser cut wooden sunglasses using a Red Sail Laser M500 cutter. Craft the frame from 1.5mm thick veneer, while the temples and hinges are made from 3.7mm plywood. Initially, cut three frames; assemble them with the larger-holed one in the middle, utilizing laminating to create a groove for bending. Bend frames following this tutorial: http://www.instructables.com/id/Bent-Laminate-Bats/. Next, insert joints into frame holes; right ones limit temple movement while left ones allow free motion in both directions. Lastly, drill 2mm temples and affix them to the joints using a screw and nut.
