<p>This is a simple connector to join two wooden rails from the same or different brands.</p><p>Because each wooden train manufacturer uses slightly different dimensions, this connector has two clickable positions for adjustable length.</p><p>We tested the connector with the following configurations:</p><ul><li>BRIO - BRIO</li><li>BRIO - IKEA LILLABO</li></ul><h5>Printing</h5><p>We successfully printed with this settings:</p><ul><li>Material: PLA</li><li>Layer height: 0.2 mm</li><li>Nozzle: 0.4 mm</li><li>Perimeters: 3</li><li>Fill: 100%</li><li>Print speed: 40 mm/s</li><li>Nozzle temp.: 205 °C</li><li>Bed temp.: 60 °C</li></ul><p><strong>Support is not needed.</strong> Everything should print fine.</p><p>Weight: 3.9 g<br>Print time: 28 min</p><h5>Usage</h5><p>The freshly printed part sits in the BRIO - BRIO position. If you want to to use the BRIO - IKEA LILLABO connection we recommend putting the stiff side in the BRIO rail and the adjustable side in the IKEA rail. By doing so the adjustment should change its position. We made the length adjustment quite stiff to ensure a nice click over a long period of usage.&nbsp;</p>
