This hidden marble maze is crafted from leftover wood for Wooden Puzzle 2, along with red oak for the exterior. Inside, it features pine lattice (0.2" x 1.1"), while the exterior consists of 0.2"-planed red oak and 0.65" red oak. Due to non-standard sizes, redesigning for standard lumber is possible but may be unnecessary. The inside layers are glued together hastily, while the exterior requires careful mitre cutting, clamping, and gluing. Gaps are filled with wood glue and sawdust instead of putty. After sanding, the exterior receives two to three coats of Antique Walnut Minwax 2-in-1 Stain/Polyurethane for a polished finish.
