To showcase some of our enthusiastic customers, we've decided to create a remarkable book filled with heartfelt testimonials from them. This isn't just any ordinary book but rather a sturdy book made of high-quality 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood that elegantly hinges. How We Crafted This Masterpiece Step 1: Design and Engrave the Book We skillfully engraved all the testimonials using our state-of-the-art Speedy400 flexx laser machine set at an optimal 80 power and 100 speed. To cut out the book, we expertly designed red vertical lines on CorelDraw as our outline, utilizing 60 power and a precise .8 speed. Important Tip: Make sure to have masking paper handy to prevent any unnecessary burning. Step 2: The Hinge Design The hinge design has become a popular trend in the laser industry. We've included all the necessary files for you to create your very own hinged book, allowing you to showcase your creativity and skills.
