A sturdy wooden frame crafted from 11 mm plywood, comprising six identical plates that can be seamlessly assembled to form the structure. Its precise specifications were determined through computer numerical control (CNC) cutting, a process that requires meticulous attention to detail. Cutting one sheet of material takes approximately 44 minutes, with a cutting speed of 1800 mm per minute and an end mill retraction distance of 10 mm. Once the tab is removed with a saw and the surface is smoothed with a file, bonding the pieces together completes the assembly process. CNC machinery utilizes this design for its intricate cuts and precise measurements. The frame's large size measures 600 mm in length, providing ample space for various applications. A 6 mm end mill is used to create the frame's complex features, including a dog bone cut at each corner that enables easy assembly of the pieces. Recent updates have included windowless data, revealing an actual cutting time of just 18 minutes.
