Wooden Floor 4x3 Inch - Openlock and Base

I was getting exhausted with piecing together smaller bases to construct large rectangular structures so I decided to streamline the process and design a 4 inch by 3 inch openlock base, something that couldn't be found in standard or nonstandard sets. Since I had created this base, I figured it would be worth providing my wooden floor on this type of base as well. Something I used in my horse stable without a base located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2487144. There is also a top cap wooden floor of 4x3 inch if you prefer to use another style base. If you're planning to go with a "Wyloch" (true tile) size, you'll need to resize the top cap floor to 125% of its original size.
