Wooden Farm Fence replacement for Wooden Farm Set
prusaprinters

This is a replacement part for the Wooden Farm Set of my kid (see the picture for the original set and the original fence). He lost one so I measured and designed an exact copy.

You can print the entire thing pre-assembled, but that gave me a little hang on the horizontal bars. So I also designed the parts separate and you can just plug them together. If you want to be sure that your kid cannot get it loose just put a little glue in the holes before attaching the bars on the pilars.

Print instructions

Unassociated tags: farm set

Category: Playsets Print Settings

Printer Brand: MakerBot

Printer: MakerBot Replicator Mini+

Rafts: Yes

Supports: No

Resolution: 0,20mm

Infill: 20%

Notes:

Printing the fully assembled fence gave me a little hang on the horizontal fence-bars.
My best result was by printing the parts separately and then joining them together by pushing the bars in the pilar-holes. If you want to be sure it won't get loose you can just put a little glue in the hole before attaching them.

On my makerbot the best result for the bars was when I printed them vertically (as in the design file).

Post-Printing

Let the kids start playing!
