Wooden Clock

Years ago, after crafting my CNC mill, I designed a watch as a cutting test for it. This was my first project with the machine, and you can find a file named "- Progetto orologio.cdr" in the accompanying zip file. The file contains designs for the various watch parts, which were constructed using brass (yellow-colored pieces) and stainless steel rods (2mm thickness). To reduce friction during rotation, steel rods run on brass bushings inserted into the walls. Each part's material is indicated in the drawings, which feature multilayer marine-grade wood for enhanced rigidity. The drawings are 1:1 scale, and the watch remains a cherished reminder of that time.
