Here is the rewritten text: I designed a chair based on a traditional Chinese design, carved out of a single plank and printed as one object that unfolds into its final shape. Using wooden filament, I was able to bring this project to life, drawing inspiration from images and optimizing it for smooth printing. One of the best features of this chair is that no supports are required during the printing process. Simply scale up the design across all axes, and you're good to go! This chair can handle a substantial weight load of at least 300 grams, even after unfolding into its full size - approximately 80mm or 3.14 inches tall. As for print time, I found that it takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes to print the chair at an original size, using a printing speed of 30mm/s.
