Wooden Box

This box was designed to store our coin money, inspired by the file http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32105. We customized its size, shape, and artwork according to our specifications. The main alterations made were to the legs of the box and the hinges. To create this item, an illustrator file at 300 DPI was used with a laser cutter at 100% power and 40% speed. The text engraving had some errors, so it was done with 30% power at 40% speed for filled engrave and 13% power, 40% speed for outline engraving. A second pass was required. Finally, the box was glued together using wood glue. To use it, simply print, glue, and enjoy!
