Wooden box Ikea mount for bicycle

I designed an attachment for my bike to easily attach an IKEA wooden box. I used the IKEA KNAGGLIG (702.923.59) wooden box and secured all printed parts with wooden screws. To add extra protection, I applied linseed oil and reinforced it with additional wooden screws. This design can be printed without any support. I added a top to my design, using a 5mm marine plywood board measuring 460mm x 310mm. For the hinge, I used this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2472694, and for closing it, I used this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2472706. To add extra comfort, I included foam plates (foam flycase). Print settings: Printer - Prussa I3 Geetech proB; Rafts - No; Supports - No; Resolution - 0.3 mm nozzle with a 0.15 mm layer height; Infill - 20%
