Wooden Bank
prusaprinters

3D printed parts for a wooden bank box. We are building these simple boxes for our homeschool coop Intro to Woodworking. Boxes are 5" long x 4" wide x 3" high, but you can make them any dimension. We are just using simple butt joints with glue and brad nails.

The holes for the coin slot and the bottom insert are 1 3/8". I used an Irwin forstner bit and a little bit of CA glue. They should slide into place with gentle but firm pressure. You can use a dab of glue in the corners of the feet to hold in place while you screw them in, but make sure you pre-drill the holes.

These are super easy to make and its my hope that they will help inspire the next gen of makers in our area!
