Woodchip Open Heart Watch

A LEGO sculpture by Nathan Sawaya, featuring a figure revealing his heart, inspired my latest timepiece design. The watch showcases its inner workings within a rectangular frame, symbolizing transparency and openness - just like the sculpture. A grid atop the watch displays the time while casting a shadow on the mechanism below. Additionally, the top of the watch appears to have a layer removed, revealing woodchips within. Future enhancements include bamboo-styled tubes on either side of the watch, adding further depth to this intriguing design. Stay tuned for more renderings and files soon!
