Wood Shelf Inserts
thingiverse
I fixed a salvaged wooden shelf my wife picked up at the Salvation Army using my 3D printer. The shelf was lacking a way to hang it on the wall, so I created a custom insert with Tinkercad. This allowed me to mount the shelf snugly against the wall with just a few screws. These are tailored designs for this specific shelf but might be useful for anything else that requires screw and slide mounting. You can find the original design on Tinkercad: https://tinkercad.com/things/977mcrxUlJ6 I documented the step-by-step process for my YouTube Channel Filament Friday: https://youtu.be/_el7nvNPeko Print Settings Printer: CTC I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 30% How I Built This Built with Tinkercad
