Puzzle designed by Tom Jolly and illustrated in Wooden Puzzles book by Brian Menold. Four sticks each with protuberances must all fit inside a rectangular frame. Woods are Walnut, Rosewood, Maple, White Oak, and Jatoba (with red dye stain). Nice little brain teaser to find a way to insert all of the pieces into the frame.
