Wood Pellet Labels
prusaprinters
I recently got a Camp Chef SmokePro SG pellet smoker and I needed a way to remember what pellets are in the smoker. I have used 5 different pellets so far and will likely use more later. These name tags / labels help with that. I made one for every type of pellet made by Camp Chef and Traeger. Needed Accessories 2x 1/2" x 1/8" magnets per label (12mm x 3mm magnets work great too) - There are pre-made holes in the back of these labels for the magnets. Storing Labels My pellets are stored in 5 gallon buckets with the screw-off lids and I glued some magnets onto the lid to store these labels when not in use. You could also print two of these and use them to squeeze a bag closed (making sure the magnets are aligned right). Filament Type Warning I would recommend printing them in PETG in case they touch the pellets. However, I made mine with PLA as they remain on the outside of the buckets and pellet tank on my smoker. The Competition Blend name is probably owned by Camp Chef The Signature Blend, Realtree Big Game, Texas Beef Blend, and Turkey Blend names are probably owned by Traeger Print instructions.2 mm layer height should be fine as there is no vertical/layer detail on these. Other nozzles would work fine too but if you go too big, you'll lose definition in the lettering.
