Wood Pellet Labels

I recently acquired a Camp Chef SmokePro SG pellet smoker and required an efficient method to identify the pellets within. I have utilized five distinct types of pellets thus far, with the likelihood of incorporating more in the future. These name tags / labels proved to be a convenient solution. To create these custom labels, I designed one for each type of pellet offered by Camp Chef and Traeger. The necessary materials include: 2x 1/2" x 1/8" magnets per label (12mm x 3mm magnets also work effectively) - These magnets feature pre-drilled holes on the backside for convenient attachment to the labels. Storing these labels is a straightforward process. I attached magnets to the lids of my 5-gallon buckets, which contain the pellets. This allows me to store the labels securely when not in use. Alternatively, you can print two labels and utilize them as a makeshift seal for a bag by aligning the magnets properly. When printing these labels, I recommend using PETG filament due to its resistance to potential contact with the pellets. However, since my labels remain on the exterior of the buckets and pellet tank, I opted for PLA instead. It is worth noting that Camp Chef may own the trademark for the Competition Blend name, while Traeger likely owns the trademarks for the Signature Blend, Realtree Big Game, Texas Beef Blend, and Turkey Blend names.
