Wood Jig

Wood Jig

thingiverse

I've crafted a Wood Jig to simplify the task of drilling holes for dowels. The jig's total height is 2.7 cm, corresponding to the wood size I utilized in my project. A hole with a diameter of 12 mm is precision-centered on the object. To accommodate various wood sizes, I've uploaded the SKP file for easy modification. It's essential to reduce the STL file by 10% to ensure optimal print quality. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap. Printer Model: Prusa i3. Rafts: Yes. Supports: Yes. Infill: 40% or less. Notes: I employed PLA for this project, but you can use whatever materials are readily available. The jig is designed to minimize plastic usage.
