Wood Disk holder for laser engraving
thingiverse
With a sticky pad on my laser engraver's platform, I set out to create something that would let me drop one disk after another, hit repeat, and voila! mass producing on a small scale without having to align them each time was within reach. I found it much quicker too. To make them easier to remove, I also cut out the sides. Three sizes were designed based on commercially available discs from online and craft stores: 1.5", 1.25", and 1.0". Be cautious if you think they might be a bit tight - just scale up by about 3-5% if needed. If it's too loose, try cutting a piece of paper to around 2" and use it as a shim. This design was created in Tinkercad.
