And a note, these are double-threaded, making them harder to work with. Drill one hole in each clamp to make it easier to use. I recently added 80mm bolt grips; I wanted to learn how to create a circular pattern in a sketch. And, unfortunately, I dropped the clamps and one of the bolts snapped - now I'm reprinting the 80mm bolts with 25% infill. It looks like Thingiverse is experiencing some technical difficulties today. The STL files are available for download. I've used these clamps before while working with wood (you can also use them with metal) to help my mom build a bookcase/display case; she didn't have any clamps, so I made her buy $40 worth of clamps instead of running a router for decorative work. I also got familiar with Fusion 360 and designed these clamps myself. They are small and not intended to be fully functional; the bolts are 80mm long. The clamps measure 80mmx20mmx20mm, and I printed them with only 5% infill. The other bolt is currently printing (hopefully, I have enough filament left); then, I'll switch back to wood PLA and print the second clamp (it will take about 30 minutes and 90 minutes). Scale up or down according to your needs and adjust the infill and wall thickness as needed. For longer bolts, use machine metric bolts from a hardware store (8mmx1.25).
