Enter the Mk6 Schnozzle and a blower spacer bushing. Print the spacer bushing upright, then remove your blower/turbo fan, placing the spacer into the fastener hole in the blower with the flanged side to the right, thus spacing the blower fan 0.6mm off the X carriage. This will centralize the fastener within the hole and slightly better align the blower fan for use with the Schnozzle Mk6. I found that the Mk5 Schnozzle works okay, but it biases airflow more on one side of the print nozzle. In this case, I've completely redesigned the Schnozzle to blow air out of only two outlets, angled for close to 360-degree coverage. Printing with supports under the ass end of the part where it curves up and lofts into a rectangle is recommended.
