The wombat skull was meticulously scanned with Computerized Tomography, or CT, technology. A highly detailed three-dimensional model was subsequently crafted in 3D Slicer software and refined to perfection using Meshlab's advanced cleaning tools. The corresponding mandible was also carefully uploaded for further study. This ambitious project is proudly supported by a generous University of Melbourne Learning and Teaching Initiatives grant.
