thingiverse

The Wolverine is an exoskeleton that aids in the normal motion of tenodesis to assist people in regaining their gross motor skills. The device uses a wrist motion transfer to move the fingers. A few threads and levers are used to move the gadget. The device contains four separate strings that can be used to change the finger's amplitude and strength. The device can be distributed using open-source software. Patients who have paralysis and are unable to grasp objects with their hands can benefit from the device. The patient's finger mobility and grip strength will be improved with the aid of the device. This device has been 3D printed. The design process begins with the implementation of stl files to part files. Subsequently, part files were simulated and optimised for better results. Later, these part files were converted to STL files and were ready for fabrication. Furthermore, the parts were manufactured and ready for assembly. Thus, parts were assembled, and the Prototype was ready.
