To create wolverine claws for Halloween, cut six steel files from a sheet using a laser cutter and grind sharp edges. Next, get two 3-inch long steel tubes with 1-inch diameter, grind their edges, and attach three claws to each tube, ensuring enough space for knuckles. Test the spacing on both hands as knuckle sizes may differ; use electrical tape for color coding. Note that the claws aren't ambidextrous.
