Ladies and Gentlemen, here is an idea for a table saw fence for a Wolfcraft Master Cut 1500. First, a few words about the Master Cut 1500: this compact machine is perfect for those with limited space who need a multi-functional tool that can be used on the go. I thought I didn't have time for woodworking, but now I enjoy it too. If you're looking to do serious work, however, the Master Cut 1500 may not be the best option. It's quite expensive, and a real table saw would be a better choice, followed by building your own router table once you've got a proper machine. But for those who have chosen or already own the Wolfcraft option, this fence is designed specifically with you in mind. The original fence that comes with the machine isn't ideal, so let's talk about my solution. I've taken photos of the parts needed to create this custom fence. The DFX will be used to cut out a 5mm plywood for the sides. A small slot measuring 1.5mm is required on one side, along with a 6.5mm hole on the front. This slot is necessary to accommodate the existing clamp that comes with the table. To achieve perfect alignment and ensure a smooth working experience, I've glued up strips of wood for distance and to get it perfectly perpendicular to the table. These strips should be thick enough to support the clamping mechanism you're using. I used off-the-shelf clamps from Amazon, which I modified by adding a longer screw to enable them to clamp down securely on the aluminum angle. While the glue was drying, I attached the aluminum angle to the table using three screws and locknuts (M5). Next, drill a hole vertically on the back side to position the clamping screw. This should align perfectly with the angle, allowing you to move a strip of wood downwards and clamp the angle from the other side. The "Woodinsert Nut" is positioned before gluing the second wall in place. I secured it using a small woodscrew and a washer for added stability. Finally, you can use either the aluminum knob I made or create one out of wood and attach a reversed Wood Insert to the bottom. Make sure to apply Loctite where necessary to prevent any parts from coming loose over time. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.
