Human: Originally designed as a decorative accent for a black/white themed aquarium tank. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN 3D PRINTING FOR PETS. You may want to use natural PLA filament, because dyes can be toxic. Please contact the manufacturer of your filament with any safety concerns. If this is intended for an aquarium, I recommend following the post-printing steps below. Also, let the print soak in a bucket of water for several days to allow it to release any chemicals it may contain. DISCLAIMER: I am not liable for any injuries or fatalities caused to pets by this model. I have researched and presented safety guidelines, but ultimately YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO DO. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Print with a minimal number of bottom layers so that you can easily break into the infill to flood the print. You may need to insert a weight to sink this to the bottom of your tank. Post-Printing Remove Supports Be careful, mine printed with an excessive amount of support... Paint I used acrylic paints (silver for the skull, gray for the base) Nailpolish Yep, cover in clear nail polish to protect the paint and your fish. My paint started peeling in areas where coverage was inadequate.
