Adjustable Angle Wobble Board for Balance and Strength Training The Adjustable Angle Wobble Board is a versatile exercise tool designed to improve balance, strength, and overall fitness. For optimal results, consult with a medical professional before using it as part of a rehabilitation program. This innovative board adjusts its wobble motion by combining a main curved base with two optional inserts. The default dimensions provide 12 degrees of motion away from vertical when used alone. Adding insert B increases the angle to 15 degrees, while all three pieces together achieve 17 degrees. The wobble base features a captive hex nut that requires careful placement during printing. Pause your print at the right moment, insert the nut, and continue printing for successful assembly. To enhance plastic adherence, preheat the nut by applying glue stick before printing. A router or jigsaw can be used to cut the wooden board from 3/4" Baltic birch. Printing in PLA with 50% infill and four shells produces optimal results. Additional solid layers inserted every 20 layers further improve the print's stability. Default dimensions include: * A 450mm diameter wooden board * A radius of curvature for the wobble base: 105mm * A 5/16" carriage bolt cut to 39.5mm (longer lengths may damage plastic) * A hex nut inserted before reaching a thickness of 16.75mm * Insert B thickness: 11.1mm (wooden inserts save plastic) * Insert C thickness: 7.4mm (wooden inserts save plastic) Changing the wooden board diameter affects the printed angles on the undersides of the parts. To adjust the diameter, customize by turning off angle labels. All dimensions and options are adjustable in the Customizer. Choosing an angle number selects whether to make the base (angle 0), insert B (1), or insert C (2).
