Grommets:- Print the Grommets laid flat not upright Supports from bed only. 0.12 res Use an ABS or nylon for durability. Large brim. About 11 minutes print time for two. Wing repair:- Mine is made from PETG, but PLA would be ok I suppose. Print both parts and sandwich the wing between them. Use some glue in the sandwich if required.
