This set includes a front left suspension arm (stronger than V1), caster block, and steering knuckle to replace the stock parts. The design is optimized for ease of printing and strength. I didn't have to modify any screw holes, but your results may vary. Edit: You might want to try printing with PLA. I made a front arm for my Arrma Outcast 4S using PLA and cranked up the walls, infill, and heat settings, and it held up well despite the challenges of printing with PLA. You can use Windows 10's built-in 3D Builder to mirror the parts for the right side. The steering knuckle is an updated version with better bearing cups. You'll need to trim it slightly with a hobby knife to achieve full steering range. The suspension arm requires minimal trimming to clear the steering knuckle and allow for full range. The caster block and steering knuckle have built-in supports that you'll need to remove carefully with a hobby knife. I designed them with a .2mm gap, which worked well for me. Be cautious when removing supports, as some materials like PETG can be tricky. I've tested my parts in -10°C temperatures and they survived light jumping and crashes so far. As always, use these parts at your own risk. Feb 12, 2018: I updated the suspension arm to V2. The original broke under moderate torque impact, destroying the inner hinge components. I strengthened the inner hinge and moved down the shock actuator mount hole to make the part thinner, and slightly altered the drive shaft cutout.
