WLToys 104001 Kick Plate w Bumper for 5mm & 2mm carbon chassis

This is designed to restore the factory kick/castor to the WLToys 104001 4wd buggy if you are upgrading to either the 5mm thick or 2mm thick carbon fiber chassis kit. The stock aluminum pan has 5 degrees of “kick” which combined with the castor built into the front steering blocks. Swapping the aluminum pan for the available carbon chassis’ results in a loss of total castor. This wedge corrects that and adds a small bumper to protect the front of the carbon chassis from impacts that could split the carbon chassis and result in delaminating. I recommend printing this part with a Wall Line Count of 6 or more and an Infill Density of 50% or higher for maximum strength. With a Wall Line Count of 6 or more, the screw holes will be attached to the walls and the bumper will be solid.
