I've finally got it, but I'm still not sure what to call this thing! It saves my buddy's RC helicopter tail rotor when he lands, and he keeps breaking them so I created a few for him. The result is the object you see here, with more pictures coming soon. I designed it using Fusion 360 and printed it on my Borlee Prusa I3 printer.
