WIZnet W5100S / W5500 / W6100 EVB-Pico devboard enclosure
thingiverse
This is an enclosure for the EVB-Pico series of development boards by WIZnet, based on Raspberry Pi RP2040 MCU coupled with WIZnet Ethernet chips. Should be compatible with W5100S-EVB-Pico, W5500_EVB_Pico and W6100_EVB_Pico, both in their 1.0 or 1.1 revisions. This was designed from scratch for LCD/DLP UV resin-bath printers so some features might be a tad too small with FDM printers (but you can still cut the small protruding posts and glue the case shut if those are not working for you) I print mine directly flat on the plate. The top part I print upside-down. No support nor post-processing required. No need to cut the plastic tabs under the Ethernet socket, contrary to that other design floating around. There are two tabs to fasten the board to a support. They accept standard M3 wood-screws (with tapered heads) 4 versions of the top part are provided, rev1.1 have two push buttons while rev1.0 had a single one. And there are versions with slots to access the GPIO pins and versions without.
