Wixey WR510 gauge mount for Delta 22-540 planer (no drilling)

I designed these parts to mount a Wixey digital planer gauge to a 1980s Delta 22-540 planer. The parts included with the gauge fit a large number of planers, but required drilling to fit this model. For images of the Wixey WR510 installation using provided parts, see: http://www.wixey.com/planer/fit/delta03_01.html I designed the parts to use M3-6mm heat press inserts and hardware. The setup is three-axis adjustable.The support cap is contoured to fit in the casting where the factory red pointer is screwed in and replaces it using the factory screw to mount.The mount also includes a tab that is accurate to the factory scale which is designed to help set up.NOTE: If model loads too small, zoom by 2540%. There have been some problems with models designed in inches and slicers that think in metric.
