From The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine is Golyat. Please note: This model belongs to and is owned by CD Projekt and is scanned by myself through a photogrammetry process. Permission has been obtained for the model with CD Projekt. According to legend, Golyat was once a knight who broke his vows, which led to punishment from the Lady of the Lake. Transformed into a giant, he fled to the mountains and only returned to inhabited lowlands when hunger forced him to do so. There's no knowing how much truth is in that legend, yet it's an undeniable fact that this dangerous giant devoured shepherds and sheep alike, and was widely feared enough for governesses to use him as a tool to scare children into eating their vegetables.
