A bit past Halloween, but I've managed to whip up a witch model using Blender, Zbrush and giving Marvelous Designer a spin for the dress. As this was more of a pet project, I didn't bother going low-poly - it's meant to be rendered in Cycles only. I also wanted to see how well the Fibermesh tool in Zbrush would work out for creating realistic hair.
