Wishing Well Mail Sensor
thingiverse
A small latch, when affixed beneath a wishing well's slot, activates a photo interrupter upon the dropping of a card. This occurs as the card triggers the arm to cross the photo interrupter's light beam. For more details on this Electronic Wishing Well application, please visit: http://www.billporter.info/?p=1510. To construct the arm and base, use a paper clip to fasten the arm in place; secure it by bending the end loops around the base. For further guidance, refer to this project's inspiration: http://www.billporter.info/?p=1510.
