Wiring Clamp System V2

This system is currently under development to create a set of clamps that can be used for soldering or assembling wiring/wiring harnesses. The design includes four parts: the slides allow the clamp to move as the bolt is screwed in, while the base secures the bolt into the slide. The base comes in two variations - one uses M4 hardware to secure it to the slide and M6 for the bolt to tighten the clamp, while the other version uses 6-32 hardware to secure it to the slide and 1/4 for the bolt to tighten the clamp. The mounting holes are spaced 1-1/2" apart. There are two types of sliders - the base slider goes in first and is thin, acting as the bottom of the clamp and available in three wire sizes. The top slide has an indent for the bolt and tightens down on the wires, also available in three sizes. The required hardware includes: Metric: * M4x8 bolts x2 * M4 nuts x2 * M6x160 hex bolts * M6 nuts SAE: * 6-32x3/8" bolts x2 * 6-32 nuts x2 * 1/4-20x3" hex bolts * 1/4-20 nuts On September 25, 2016, a flat slider was added for general clamping applications, which does not require a base slider to pair with. Please note that custom wire or cable sizes can be accommodated by providing the specifications and I will attempt to design sliders for you as quickly as possible. Suggestions are welcome since this system is still under development and has yet to be thoroughly tested. On November 18, 2017, the files were remodeled in Fusion360 and adjusted for more accurate printing, and a large wire clamp was added.
