Wireless desktop QI charger, designed for Samsung S6, but should be compatible with many other phones with similar dimensions. This project requires a standard Qi wireless charging module:\nhttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/DC-5V-Qi-Standard-Wireless-Phone-Charger-PCBA-Circuit-Board-With-Coil-Wireless-Charging-Micro-USB/32786304209.html\nPrint the parts in PLA without any supports, but make sure to use good cooling during printing. A multicolor effect is visible on the photo I obtained by changing filament during printing.\nSome tips:\nRemember to remove supports after printing.\nThe coil case should be glued with the body, and the coil cover should fit snugly onto the case.\nThe coil wires are too short and need to be extended with at least 0.75mm2 wires.\nThere is no need to glue the coil or PCB; the wires are enough to hold it in place.\nThe LED is located inside the body and its light is visible through a hole, but it looks much nicer after inserting a transparent plastic cylinder (fi3 x 3mm) into this hole.\nThe original Chinese LED is red/blue, but you can swap it with any other dual-color LED (common cathode). However, be aware that due to the voltage difference, one color may be more intense than the other. You can trim this by adding a resistor (47-100ohms) in line with the brighter LED.\nThe bottom cover should stick into the body without screws, but if necessary, you can screw it on with two short M3 screws and small countersunk heads. The holes for these screws are covered, so you'll need to drill them out.\nOn the bottom of the body, there are places for gluing silicone or rubber pads; this is not necessary, but recommended.\nTo make it work, you'll need a good-quality classic USB charger (>1A) as a power supply. A weak charger may cause oscillation: charging-not charging-charging-not charging.\nI've been using this charger for a few weeks with an original Samsung charger as a power supply, and it works perfectly.\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: X3D\nRafts: Doesn't Matter\nSupports: No\nResolution: 0.2mm\nInfill: 33%\nNotes: PLA, good cooling
