Wireless particulate matter SDS011 with enclosure
thingiverse
This is a cutting-edge wireless particulate matter sensor with PM10 and PM2.5 measurement capabilities. It relies on a SDS011 module for the sensor itself, and a nrf24l01+ module for wireless transmission to connected devices. The core of this system is an atmega328p controller that operates independently, and can be programmed using arduino. To assemble this device, you will need: - 2x M4x60 nuts and bolts for securing the top cup. - 3x M3x16 nuts and bolts for holding the pcb in place. The schematics and pcb layouts are included in the zipfile provided. The Openscad source code is also available, but please note that it may require verification to ensure variable values have not been altered. This sensor enclosure can be printed using ASA (acrylonitrile styrène acrylate), a material known for its UV resistance properties. The stand_round_p3.stl file contains the design for the side with nuts, allowing you to attach both a weather station and a particulate matter sensor to a single holder.
