I bought this wireless charger on AliExpress: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/32679283205.html and while it worked totally fine, I wanted something that would display the phone on my desk, and work with both horizontal and vertical orientation. The charger snaps in at the top and the bottom is held by the USB cable. Fit is pretty tight, your printer should be well calibrated. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Cubic Filament: Generic PLA or PETG any Notes: Print orientation see second picture. Lying on the side, it prints completely without supports. I printed in PETG because I like it best, but PLA is completely OK as well. I printed 3 shells so that the thin sections are printed without infill. How I Designed This CAD work in SolidWorks. Got the measurements off the actual charger, did two prototypes until the fit was OK. Category: Electronics
