16.4.2020 Update: Increased size for improved airflow by adding more height to the enclosure. Installed a spacer to center the coil, raising it closer to the surface of the board. The top plate now has a thinner section over the coil area. Added a venting hole near the connector for warmer areas of the board. This edit caused a slight stretch in the Y-axis, so you may need a longer screw. A 6.5-7mm M2.5 screw with a square nut is ideal. This simple two-part enclosure is suitable for many wireless charger modules available everywhere. Print the two parts and assemble them using glue or tape inside. Then, screw together through the PCB with M2.5x7 screws to a square 2.5 flat nut. You can also work on the header with a micro USB connector. However, standard micro fits well. If you use fillament for the top part that allows some light to pass through, you can see the charge status indicator on most models.
